Help Tenzin become an engineer

Tenzin Tashi is a young Tibetan monk who is now attending his fourth year of studies at Mahendra Engineering College in the Tamil Nadu State (India). Member of a very poor family of Tawang (North-East India), Tenzin was educated at Sera Monastery (Bylakuppe, Karnataka) since he was a child. After completing his studies at Central School for Tibetans (Mussoorie, Uttarakhand), he moved to Mallasamudram (Tamil Nadu) to study engineering. Thanks to our support, he would like to become an engineer and work for the benefit of all human beings.

This campaign is part of our Higher Education for All programme to fight extreme poverty in India. Specific attention is devoted to more vulnerable groups such as young women and minorities.
