Castellana Grotte, Italy & Istanbul, Turkey – ARCHES, the Advanced Research Centre for Health, Environment, and Space, today announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Turkish AI innovator ViFrameAI. This collaboration unites ARCHES' extensive research network with ViFrameAI's cutting-edge multimodal AI technology to develop solutions that enhance human decision-making and support vulnerable populations.

The partnership is founded on a shared commitment to ethical AI, aligning with European values and regulations such as the EU AI Act. The collaboration will focus on translating advanced research into tangible, scalable solutions with measurable societal impact.

• Ethical AI & Decision Support: Building trustworthy, AI-powered Multi-Criteria Decision Support Systems for policymakers, with a focus on crisis management and strategic foresight, in full compliance with EU regulations.

• Capacity Building: Organising joint workshops, training seminars, and knowledge-exchange programmes to strengthen expertise in data science and responsible innovation.

• Technology Commercialisation: Accelerating the path from lab to market by identifying opportunities for pilot projects and scalable SaaS solutions.

This agreement is poised to significantly enhance both organisations' positions in competing for EU funding programs and establishing further international partnerships.
